RESKILLING Inventory: Advancing CCAM Knowledge for the Future of Automated Mobility
The RESKILLING Inventory is a living knowledge base dedicated to serve as a valuable resource within RESKILLING by consolidating the project’s main outcomes and supporting a better understanding of Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) and its impact on Europe's workforce. As automation and connectivity redefine how people and goods move, they are also reshaping the skills, roles, and expertise needed to support this transition.
The Inventory brings together a diverse range of project resources, including RESKILLING deliverables, scientific publications, articles, training materials and case studies - curated to support a diverse community of stakeholders involved in shaping the future of mobility, including transport operators, industry representatives, workers, decision makers and advisers, funders and insurers, researchers and educators, and CCAM end-users - for RESKILLING end-users are mainly the workers.
Developed as part of RESKILLING, a 20-partner initiative funded by the European Commission under Horizon Europe, the Inventory supports the project's broader mission: helping workers, businesses, and public actors adapt to technological change through skills development, employment growth, and inclusive transition strategies.
